Hit the day running. Uh, now just going to go work for 12 hours and that’s pretty much it. And let’s see. I think it’s my last day of work. Going to be unemployed so I can like really it’s going to be it’s going to be tough cuz the goal is to start putting in 12hour days of studying like reading the books watching the classes and just studying on what I want to do. markets, trading, fundamentals, economics, business, and just immerse myself in that and just see what I could do when I actually immerse myself and focus. And if it doesn’t work out, it doesn’t work out, then I go find another job. But I want to see if it’s if I can do it. And I believe I can just like I believe I can go a year celibate. And it’s had its ups and downs as any journey does. But I truly believe especially with this journey my confidence is increasing. Like I believe I can do anything I set my mind to. And there has been a lot of setbacks with my mind especially me rationalizing me trying to not do things I need to do. But with just a positive mindset and believing in myself, things will always eventually work out in the end. So, and like I said, being negative, well, being self-critical is important because you got to look at what you need to improve on and your weaknesses and all that, but taking criticism from someone, especially online, that’s That’s a recipe for for failure. If you tr if anyone truly believes or takes someone’s advice from someone behind the screen, no matter how true or not true it is, is a recipe for failure. You got to believe internally like that this is who you are. This is what you want to do and go all in. shut out the world. And that’s what I want. Like I’ve always had this dream of shutting out the whole world and getting like mamba mentality. I was watching this compilation of Kobe Bryant and how he just dedicated his entire life to being the best he can be in basketball. Like insane work ethic. up at 2:30 a.m. getting like four or five workouts in during the day. Like people that the experts would say you’re overtraining or you’re just like have a balanced lifestyle, enjoy some cake every now and then like that. I don’t I’m not attracted to those kind of people. Like there’s nothing wrong with living a balanced lifestyle, right? um having cheat meals every now and then, working out every now and then, running a few miles here and then. It’s just like the extreme is what I’m gravitating towards. I don’t just want to be okay in this life. Hold the A long piece of hair. But I don’t just want to be extreme. I want to be focused really and disciplined and live that lifestyle. And it’s hard and that’s why I want to do it. And especially all these failures. I wanted to have a lot of failures because like if you don’t go for something huge, something vague and you always go for something that you know you can accomplish. Yes, it brings a little confidence here and there and you can like keep increasing the level, but there’s something powerful with setting an unachievable goal or an impossible goal, seemingly impossible goal, and going for it and failing and failing and failing and just not quitting. Failing is one thing, but failing and like quitting and moving on to something else, then you’d never know if you like could actually be successful at that. Like you could fail for like the snow fat thing, right? I made I’ve wanted to just completely get rid of porn. I’ve had the idea of celibacy always in my mind and semen retention and all that. of going a year or more even lifetime but a year it’s not easy because you’re going against that biological urge of pleasure and some will fight back and say hey it’s just natural right it’s what we’re born to do is just release and I would dis I okay I would agree with that but what’s natural isn’t always the most fulfilling or the best thing to do, right? Know what’s natural. Back in the day, people always want to bring back in the day. And yes, they ate more natural foods and less processed food and all that stuff, but they didn’t live like they just they were in survival mode 24/7. Um, and where am I getting with this? Had a bit of a brain blank, mind blank. But like there’s more to life than having kids, having children. There’s nothing wrong with that. You can still go for your goals and still have a family, and that can actually help. But there’s certain people in this life, and I’m not putting myself with them, that just want to see what’s possible. Cuz like what’s possible if you push your body to the limits, if you push your mind to the limits, if you can see how long, how many hours can I spend reading a book, focusing, um, the mind is powerful. I was watching a podcast yesterday from some Buddhist nun um nurse practitioner. She was like a scientifically thinking mind like she always thought things scientifically. Then she got into Buddhism and and she was interested in like death, right? Um and why we’re all afraid of death. Anyways, I got to go. Yeah, I got to head to work. Peace. .
