you can see how much drained and exhausted I used to look at that time and if I was making this video a year ago I would probably be speaking like this that hey guys so as you can see that I am RX7 here like I would probably speaking like this I would not have any energy in me I was literally a very dull kind of person at that time because I just used to do this thing this addiction three times a day and that’s why all my energy was gone I I was really dull person and at that time I cannot even look into people’s eye while talking to them like no matter who I’m talking to I cannot look into that person’s eye while I was talking with them and at that time I really did not had any self-respect for myself because I was doing this thing every single day and you know the feeling man how do you feel about yourself and how do you feel after doing this thing every single day for three times and that is how I was feeling but with time this dissatisfaction just got building up and if I fast forward to month of August at around mid August I was really fed up with NOAB because I was relapsing again and again at that time like I was really frustrated with it because I couldn’t go far than to or 3 days like that was my Max triak at that time and that’s why I got really fed up from noap and I decided to take a break from it like I took a 15 to 16 days break from noap in which like I just thought that I going to enjoy my teenage like I’m just going to do nothing and I’m just going to enjoy this time I played Minecraft in that time just and watched as much as content like these content I wanted to and I just enjoyed that time you can say like with all the instant gratification but I had a Clear Vision that on September 3rd I will start my noap again and this time I want relax like I at least thought this thing and yeah that what happened I started my noap on September 3rd after enjoying all this time U basically with instant gratification and on September 3rd I started noap and after that I never relapsed so I’m not saying this thing that because of this like because of that break I you know like succeeded on it but if I talk about the real reason that I succeeded on noap was because I got a clear goal and purpose in my life like basically I met a girl and because I wanted to become best version for her I never relapsed again and I just wanted to improve myself and work on my goals and that is why I never relapsed but even though that girl is not in my life anymore but now at least I have a clear vision and goals in my life of what I want and how I see myself from a year from now like what kind of life I want to live and because of that I cannot relax man like even if I want to relapse and no matter how hard urges get I would never relapse because I have a clear vision of what I want and what life I want to live so that is the main reason I haven’t relapsed on noof fap yet so now let’s talk about the benefits on noof fap which I have noticed and these benefits are because I’m going to tell it from my own experience the benefits which I have noticed so let’s get into it so the first thing which I have noticed and you can also notice is that I have become a lot more energetic now like I have a lot more energy to put into my work to speak and to do anything in my life now because I am retaining this energy and this energy is really powerful and after you are retaining your seed and after you retaining this energy you have hell lot of energy to put into your work and that is the best benefit I have noticed so far and the second benefit which I have noticed is that more mental Clarity like I can literally think about anything more clearly now but when I was consuming all this content all day like my mind was just filled with these thoughts and I cannot think clearly at that time but right now when I’m not consuming these content anymore and it’s been like 90 days since I last watch any of those content so like now my mind is more clear now and I can think about anything more clearly now and this is literally so basic thing like if you’re are not consuming this content and your mind becomes more clear you can think more clearly so basically you get more mental Clarity at that time and the third benefit which I have noticed is that my perspective toward women have literally changed like before when I was consuming all this content like my perspective towards women was so like ugly you can say like I used to see them as a object you can say for just pleasure you can say and yeah after not consuming all that you know like really unrealistic content I would say and this thing have made me a better person which matters the most to me at least and now it’s time for me to give you some tips on NOAB to help you achieve the just on a superficial level so you need to have clear goals and a clear purpose and a clear why right now like why do you want to get rid of this addiction what do you want to achieve you must have a clear reason right now and if you don’t have a clear reason then those when those urges will come you will just probably relapse so you must have a clear reason right now and and if you don’t have a clear reason then you will probably keep relapsing for the next 1 year 2 years on 10 years it doesn’t matter so yeah like just have a clear reason right now of why do you want to achieve success on this journey and the second tip which I will give you on noof fap is and I think this is the most crucial tip right now that stop consuming instant gratification stop consuming that excess dopamine which you are consuming right now through Instagram through YouTube or through whatever content you are consuming right now stop consuming it because I know the feeling man I know what happens every single time and this is the mistake which I have repeated countless time I don’t even remember like this is the main reason I have relapsing from past 2 years because I know how it happens like you are on Instagram you are scrolling there mindlessly you are just scrolling for hours maybe and then your dopamine receptors get all up and then you want more dopamine you know like you crave for more dopamine but you won’t get it from scrolling again like you won’t get it from those videos again and your mind would get you know like want more dopamine at that point and you would get it from there like you know what I’m talking about so you are you want to do that and that is when you relapse so this is the mistake which I have repeated like countless times like I scroll through Instagram for so long that my dopamine receptors get up and then after I relapse because I want more dopamine now and that is the only thing that 3second pleasure is the only thing which will give me more dopamine and that that much level of dopamine so yeah like just stop consuming that instant gratification and and try to embrace delayed gratification like try to embrace those hard things which you don’t want to do like working out studying or getting more knowledge and all those things like try to embrace it because at the end of the day those are the only things that are going to make you better person and that is going to give you the best version of yourself all right so now let’s talk about the third tip and there is some noise going on in the background so please try to ignore it I’m sorry for that so now let’s talk about the third tip so this is also a mistake which I have repe countless times in my journey like from past 2 years this is also a major reason why I have relapsed a lot of times which is when I used to get bored at that time I used to get thoughts about the content that I was consuming at that time and I used to think about that and I used to get all those thoughts and with time that used to lead to a relapse because I used to think about it you know like those thoughts and eventually those urges used to build up inside of me and eventually I used to relapse and this is the mistake which I have repeated like countless times so I don’t want you to repeat the same mistake like whenever you get those urges whenever you get those thoughts in your mind like even a single thought comes into your mind you have to become completely alert at that time you have to you know like just basically see around you that what is happening and what am I thinking about because that is literally the starting point of a relapse like when you get all those thoughts in your mind and all those urges starts coming up like that is the first point that is the starting point of the relapse so when those thoughts comes into your mind you have to completely become alert at that time like you have to literally open up your eyes and look around you like what is happening right now what is happening you have to literally do that you have to become completely alert at that time because if you don’t you would not even realize how fast you will get stuck into this thinking and eventually you will relapse so yeah Guys these are the best three tips which I given you from my own experience like first have a clear reason have a clear why of why are you doing this journey why are you on this journey and have a clear purpose in your life and have some clear goals also like what do you want to achieve and how do you see yourself like have that Clear Vision in your life and the second tip is that stop consuming this dopamine like excess dopamine which you consume from Instagram or watching YouTube shorts or anything like anything is excess is like destructible so yeah like just stop consuming that and stop running for instant gratification and embrace delayed gratification because like you don’t have a choice because if you want to achieve greatness and if you want to achieve your best version you have to embrace these hard things and embrace this delayed gratification and the third tip was that whenever you get these thoughts you have to become completely alert at that time you have to literally look around you and just completely become alert at that moment because if you don’t then you will probably relapse and yeah you have to truly believe in this thing
