you know 9:30 and that’s normally when you’re sitting there scrolling Instagram reels in your bed you don’t even have the energy to do it anymore Isn’t that crazy you do it out of boredom Okay What makes you bored you’re not doing those things I just listed You’re not exercising You’re not meditating You’re not journaling You’re not actively learning You’re not a student of life Okay become a student of life Constantly trying to improve yourself all the time Now there’s no time for that stuff You’re not doing it out of boredom anymore because you have a life You’re embodying the new version of yourself You’re respecting yourself You’re giving homage to the future self and the life that you want to live Everyone has this beautiful ideology of the life they want to live but simply
