Retranscription des paroles de la vidéo: we have a group in uh sweden called the e gender equality group and we’ve been working with a barometer barometer on gender equality in norway now we have gender equality barometers from before two official ones but they both have a sort of female or a woman perspective no male perspective so we found there is a there is a need for a male perspective in the gender equality discussion and facts and so we have set on to to to produce that so what i’m producing here or showing you this is a shortcut or or the sort of the the concentrated message or indicators from this uh work uh it’s going to be a lot longer than this because we got a lot of stuff and we’re still gathering a lot of stuff um [Music] this is the the barometer and you can see here that there are several chapters here 10 chapters and it’s not only mapping out the inequality between men and women in society but it’s also it goes on on the conclusion here what has what must be done to gain or to accomplish a gender equality true gender equality in norway i start with the new government to ours will those who are going on to the uh panel debate afterwards go to the behind governmental uh gender equality it’s they’re there you know the goal is is met but is it met on the rest of the of society no uh one interesting thing is also that the gender equality minister is a she the child and family minister is a she and these two women have been this one is still the leader of the female network in the labour party so which is coming back to that it’s also a way to make a career in the party there is no such male possibility i’ll start with this which shows that in the family as a gender equality starts in the family it starts of course not in the ministry it starts in the family what are the balance in the family and we can see after divorce you got the mothers three two thirds of their children live with the mother 25 or 104 live with uh with in in shared quesadilla or or in shared housing and only be beneath eight percent with the father so already here we see that there’s a huge gender imbalance and it starts there this may even be the root of the problem um if you see how many of this this hits you can see that uh two uh 2 500 sons never see their father and some of these there isn’t a father at least not in nowhere because he’s a danish the champion given his semen to the to the mother who’s been down there so this is a new trend this is this is uh quickly rising then the children or the sunshoot can’t see the far on in a usual year is is coming up to 7 500. these are the the most of children who or sons who don’t see their father in the last months or in a month and this number is the children or the sons who are subject to the role models here you know if so many uh sons never see their father or very seldom we will the fathers then function as good role models for them in their adolescence and their life the answer is probably no but let’s see perhaps the government has thought about this i will try to compensate by giving more men available in the next in the adolescence professions let’s have a look well not in the kindergartens because there is 90 women not in the primary school because of 80 percent women not in the uh well a step up from primary school it’s junior school secondary school yeah 70 it’s not in the psychological service in schools because it’s not 85 percent of women it’s not in the health service because there’s 99 women it’s it’s better in the um municipal child protection but it’s nothing near balance and and here you’ve got the family protection and even there is double as many women as men so there are no role models or very few in the in the public care system service system for families so where do the boys meet the uh men well they certainly don’t meet them in research if you see we’ve been looking into the staff of the uh research centers on on gender equality and and and gender research and we find out that it’s about 90 percent in all in in bergen in trondheim in terms of in oslo in stawanger and in ogden which is for the south christensen they’re all massively women dominated so where are the male perspective i mean how interested are these researchers to look into what happens to the boys who grow up without a father role model or or a male role model well i must say there is hardly any research on that so but perhaps there is a compensation in the management of of the gender equality management and and family welfare well i’m sorry i have to disappoint you this is the disciplinarian’s board who’s looking into you can complain to the board about i’m being discriminated and [Music] three years ago that was massively staffed with women but now this has improved actually this is better than it looks here but this is not improved this is the uh female majority in the ministry now that’s the ombudsman for for gender equality and here is the ministry and it’s it’s equal female dominated uh you got to do the children which is publishing research on gender that’s hundred percent women then you got the um they got a union or an association for uh general research uh massively women it’s a bit better here on core center for and and there are two other uh centers which are not doing research but they’re doing counseling but they still this is an old women’s university and of course there are 100 women there and this is also sort of an old women’s university has been converted to um consultants so how come how is it possible that the that the female dominance can be so great and that there is that there is no discussion even about how if you should change it and do something to get more men into this well the reason you will find here because the power those who sort of made the the um the priorities are the parties you know in the parties if every party except for the this party have a woman a female lobby group or a network resource official have official representatives in the central committee and everything there are two two exceptions um the the red party which is pretty leftist they don’t have one in the party they’ve got a women’s front organization a strong one outside the party but they are representing the women in the party and then the little green party they have an unofficial little group which are called green men who have started up and have not been kicked out yet you know so they’ve been so allowed to organize but they’re not taken into the central committee or given any official support or status but here’s where the power lies here’s where it starts this is this is the sort of root not not the root but the the the power of of the gender politics in norway lies and the result of this was the norwegian gender equality law which already in paragraph one you know the sort of basic paragraphs already claims you know it’s it’s supposed to be a gender equality law but it says the law aims especially to improve not own prayer but improve the situation for women men is not mentioned it doesn’t say for how long they’re gonna uh keep on improving the situation for for women to what situation there will be when you can stop uh prioritizing women it just says it’s gonna improve the situation or for women endlessly or time timelessly and and there is no situation who can be able to to stop this special treatment apparently we’ll see one of the results of this is of course that in the universities as husband said there is a massive majority of women there’s a gap pair of 50 000 students between the male students and female students and at this graph from 2019 it looks like they’re growing they’re not growing fast or widening but it’s it is warning um so you can see what does it grow all over the place or is it some studies which the men still are in majority well certainly not in this on nurse studies or prep school teachers or veterans veterinaries or teachers or psychologists or doctors or law law people only in civil engineering and other tech high-tech studies is it a male majority so you would think that in order to improve the amount of men in these hugely female dominated studies they will probably have some subsidies or some incentives for men to enter and and and get qualified to study on these points let’s have a look yes there are incentives for women to go into engineering 110 different engineering and technical and data programs women get favored with what you call gender points to enter there are only five or ten here for men and and where do they go um some of them go to veterinary studies because they need men for healing cows dogs cats you know but do they want do they give priority to men to be teachers or in the kindergarteners or doctors or psychologists no well actually they do very few they’re among the the ten here but as you saw in the last one most of the studies were actually female dominated so all the you know 110 uh the the women get a massive support to enter here and to outnumber or at least get gender balance or the engineering there’s hardly any on the rest of them if you can see there is also some means of recruiting people or students to to enter their studies and that is not in by giving in the venues or necessarily mainly points but it’s by arranging technical uh weekends for the way for the girls to enter engineering and it’s all the sort of events uh and there are 50 for women and and five for men so again this massive female priority in the end there is also as hans ponder said for the university’s priority incentives for women’s careers in academia and and even though there are female majority in in the universities there is still only incentives to enhance the careers of women and none for men so you would think that the gender ombudsman generally equality ombudsman for no way would say this is wrong we have to do something about it she hasn’t said anything she is well she just resigned actually just as well another point is that as as was said here that in denmark there was a very strong focus on domestic violence and here are the norwegian the norwegian statistics well 15 years ago it was a big problem both actually there were more female women going violent on the children or in the family than men but only on the on the ugly violence men were still on top this has changed you know the violence has gone down on lesser violence mild violence and it’s closing in between these it’s still women more me women than men who are flogging the children mildly but you can see here on the on the ugly violence women are coming up to the levels of men so that’s instead of men going down women are coming up getting more violent on the children this is quite interesting yeah one small thing about them is one specific thing they are having into the issue or the investigation is that they doesn’t separate biology grandfather and non-biological parents and their parents yeah you all know it’s a lot more the difference will be magnificent that’s true yeah that’s true five minutes yeah if you go on to say so how okay so men earn more than women you know they they say that men in norway earn more than say 20 25 more than women uh either you know in the job they got or on average or whatever but if you look behind why do men earn more than women one of the reasons is here women work five hours less per week in a way this is the average uh working time for men and women and men are before above and men are and women are under and the the most interesting thing is that um when it comes to uh when it comes to to to working times it’s women work even less when they’re finished with you children at home if you see the age here 40 55 you know the children are out of the uh out of the home but they they still men work as as hard as before or before they fall but the women start falling you know so they don’t they work despite the fact that they don’t have children back home so that’s no excuse and here you can see uh the part-time there there are more men working full-time there are more women working part-time uh there’s actually a bit more men who are uh are without a job but one of the interesting things is here is that there are far more women who receive money for disabling or or their own welfare than men and this shows up in the next graph which is what how do women and men contribute to society or to the welfare state and you can see here that the positive contribution from women equals you know 11 million per person and for men the double 21 the women get 27 million back from society or from the welfare state the men quite a lot but less but when you put the two together you find out that women receive five times as much or or you can see that men’s contribution uh when you put it together is five uh they receive five times less than women from the welfare state yeah you’ll find it in in the in the barometer which is on our homepage but this is actually the perspective um the government’s the financial department’s uh perspective for the next period you know long time period and it was just placed up last year was it this year well i can go fast through these who are the victims and i think we can talk about there is an empty gap in the society and the victims are the boys and they they start with a handicap already from birth with being the wrong sex or gender yeah well i’m just saying one of the reasons why this can go on is that the press is dominated by women not so much because on the chief editors there is a majority but it’s increasing and the staff is an increasing higher majority of women and the results of all this is also and this is a worry for our society that girls outperform boys in school education and this will have long-term effect on society the only two figures where the boys are having higher figures than women than the girls is on those who need special education or strengthened education and those who are who don’t complete schooling or education in in normal school all other figures the girls are doing better marks in math math english norwegian math english knowledge actually here it’s it’s equal so men aren’t oh the boys aren’t better than girls in any of these so i’ll run out there and say the aim of months for him is of course not conflict but it’s a new we we don’t want we want a new gender equality culture we don’t discuss as bundesan 50 50 on the top bracket of society a gender equality but we want harmony and trust and respect for both genders by both genders thank you roger [Applause] .

4.88 we have a group in uh sweden called the
4.88 e
4.88 gender equality group
4.88 and we&;ve been working
4.88 with a barometer
4.88 barometer on
4.88 gender equality in norway now we have
4.88 gender equality barometers from before
4.88 two official ones
4.88 but they both have a sort of female or a
4.88 woman perspective
4.88 no male perspective so we found there is
4.88 a there is a need for a male perspective
4.88 in the gender equality discussion and
4.88 facts and so we have set on to to to
4.88 produce that so what i&;m producing here
4.88 or showing you this is a shortcut or or
4.88 the sort of the the concentrated message
4.88 or indicators from this uh work
4.88 uh it&;s going to be a lot longer than
4.88 this because we got a lot of stuff and
4.88 we&;re still gathering a lot of stuff
4.88 um
4.88 [Music]
4.88 this is the the barometer and you can
4.88 see here that
4.88 there are several chapters here 10
4.88 chapters and it&;s not only
4.88 mapping out the inequality between men
4.88 and women in society but it&;s also it
4.88 goes on on the conclusion here what has
4.88 what must be done to gain
4.88 or to accomplish a gender equality true
4.88 gender equality
4.88 in norway
4.88 i start with the new government to ours
4.88 will those who are going on to the
4.88 uh
4.88 panel debate afterwards go to the behind
4.88 and get their mics ready okay
4.88 so what you see here is the new
4.88 government and as you can see those who
4.88 are clever accounting there are a female
4.88 majority there are ten women and nine
4.88 men
4.88 now
4.88 men are standing in the forefront here
4.88 are the the prime minister here&;s a
4.88 finance minister and here is the third
4.88 in the triumvirate and that&;s the
4.88 foreign minister which is a woman this
4.88 time
4.88 the last government with three women
4.88 standing there was the prime minister
4.88 was a woman the finance minister was
4.88 women and and the foreign minister was a
4.88 woman but then there was a male majority
4.88 so this is the new normality in politics
4.88 if there is a majority of one sex then
4.88 the the prime minister or the top of the
4.88 of the
4.88 government must be of the of the other
4.88 sex so i would say as it comes to
4.88 um
4.88 to governmental uh
4.88 gender equality it&;s they&;re there you
4.88 know the goal is is met
4.88 but is it met on the rest of the of
4.88 society no
4.88 uh one interesting thing is also that
4.88 the
4.88 gender equality minister
4.88 is a she
4.88 the child and family minister
4.88 is a she
4.88 and
4.88 these two women
4.88 have been
4.88 this one is still
4.88 the leader of the female network in the
4.88 labour party
4.88 so which is coming back to that it&;s
4.88 also a way to make a career in the party
4.88 there is no such male
4.88 possibility
4.88 i&;ll start with this
4.88 which shows that in the family as a
4.88 gender equality starts in the family it
4.88 starts of course not in the ministry it
4.88 starts in the family what are the
4.88 balance in the family and we can see
4.88 after divorce
4.88 you got the mothers
4.88 three
4.88 two thirds of their children live with
4.88 the mother 25 or 104 live with uh with
4.88 in in shared quesadilla or or in shared
4.88 housing
4.88 and only
4.88 be
4.88 beneath eight percent with the father
4.88 so already here we see that there&;s a
4.88 huge
4.88 gender imbalance and it starts there
4.88 this may even be the root of the problem
4.88 um
4.88 if you see how many of this
4.88 this
4.88 hits you can see that uh two
4.88 uh
4.88 2 500 sons never see their father
4.88 and some of these there isn&;t a father
4.88 at least not in nowhere because he&;s a
4.88 danish
4.88 the champion given his semen to the to
4.88 the mother who&;s been down there so this
4.88 is a new trend this is this is uh
4.88 quickly rising
4.88 then the children or the sunshoot can&;t
4.88 see the far on in a usual year
4.88 is is coming up to 7 500. these are the
4.88 the most of children who or sons who
4.88 don&;t see their father in the last
4.88 months or in a month
4.88 and this number is the children or the
4.88 sons who
4.88 are subject
4.88 to
4.88 sabotage
4.88 for seeing their fathers uh by their
4.88 mother
4.88 uh and the the numbers here is is quite
4.88 different as arnold said earlier you
4.88 know there are far more
4.88 mothers who sabotage the children&;s uh
4.88 togetherness with their father than
4.88 fathers fathers are much clever to give
4.88 the women access to the sons
4.88 and and and the daughters general so
4.88 here are the total son
4.88 so you may ask um
4.88 where
4.88 where are the role models here you know
4.88 if so many
4.88 uh sons
4.88 never see their father or very seldom we
4.88 will the fathers then function as good
4.88 role models for them in their
4.88 adolescence and their life the answer is
4.88 probably no but let&;s see perhaps the
4.88 government has thought about this i will
4.88 try to compensate by giving more men
4.88 available in the next in the adolescence
4.88 professions let&;s have a look
4.88 well not in the kindergartens because
4.88 there is 90 women not in the primary
4.88 school because of 80 percent women
4.88 not in the uh
4.88 well a step up from primary school it&;s
4.88 junior school
4.88 secondary school yeah
4.88 70
4.88 it&;s not in the psychological service in
4.88 schools because it&;s not 85 percent of
4.88 women
4.88 it&;s not in the health service because
4.88 there&;s 99 women
4.88 it&;s it&;s better in the um
4.88 municipal
4.88 child
4.88 protection
4.88 but
4.88 it&;s nothing near balance and and here
4.88 you&;ve got the family protection and
4.88 even there is double as many women as
4.88 men so there are no role models or very
4.88 few in the in the public care system
4.88 service system for families so where do
4.88 the
4.88 boys
4.88 meet
4.88 the uh
4.88 men
4.88 well
4.88 they certainly don&;t meet them in
4.88 research
4.88 if you see we&;ve been looking into the
4.88 staff of the uh
4.88 research centers on on gender equality
4.88 and and
4.88 and
4.88 gender research and we find out that
4.88 it&;s about 90 percent in all in in
4.88 bergen
4.88 in trondheim in terms of in oslo
4.88 in stawanger and in ogden which is for
4.88 the south christensen
4.88 they&;re all massively
4.88 women dominated so where are the male
4.88 perspective i mean how interested are
4.88 these researchers to look into what
4.88 happens to the boys who grow up without
4.88 a father role model or
4.88 or a male role model
4.88 well i must say there is hardly any
4.88 research on that
4.88 so but perhaps there is a compensation
4.88 in the management of of the gender
4.88 equality management and and family
4.88 welfare
4.88 well
4.88 i&;m sorry i have to disappoint you
4.88 this is the disciplinarian&;s board who&;s
4.88 looking into you can complain to the
4.88 board about i&;m being discriminated
4.88 and
4.88 [Music]
4.88 three years ago
4.88 that was massively
4.88 staffed with women but now this has
4.88 improved actually this is better than it
4.88 looks here but this is not improved this
4.88 is the uh
4.88 female majority
4.88 in the ministry now that&;s the ombudsman
4.88 for for gender equality and here is the
4.88 ministry and it&;s it&;s equal
4.88 female dominated
4.88 uh you got to do the children which is
4.88 publishing research on gender
4.88 that&;s hundred percent women
4.88 then you got the um
4.88 they got a union or an association for
4.88 uh
4.88 general research uh massively women it&;s
4.88 a bit better here on core center for
4.88 and and there are two other uh centers
4.88 which are not doing research but they&;re
4.88 doing counseling but they still this is
4.88 an old women&;s university and of course
4.88 there are 100 women there and this is
4.88 also sort of an old
4.88 women&;s university has been converted to
4.88 um
4.88 consultants
4.88 so
4.88 how come how is it possible
4.88 that the
4.88 that the
4.88 female dominance can be so great
4.88 and that there is
4.88 that there is no
4.88 discussion even about
4.88 how
4.88 if you should change it and do something
4.88 to get more men into this
4.88 well the reason you will find here
4.88 because the power
4.88 those who sort of made
4.88 the the um
4.88 the priorities
4.88 are the parties you know in the parties
4.88 if every party except for the this party
4.88 have a woman
4.88 a female lobby group or a network
4.88 resource official have official
4.88 representatives in the central committee
4.88 and everything
4.88 there are two two exceptions
4.88 um
4.88 the the red party which is pretty
4.88 leftist
4.88 they don&;t have one in the party they&;ve
4.88 got a women&;s front organization a
4.88 strong one outside the party but they
4.88 are representing the women in the party
4.88 and then the little green party they
4.88 have an unofficial little group which
4.88 are called green men who have started up
4.88 and have not been kicked out yet you
4.88 know so they&;ve been so allowed to
4.88 organize but they&;re not taken into the
4.88 central committee or given any official
4.88 support or status
4.88 but
4.88 here&;s where the power lies here&;s where
4.88 it starts
4.88 this is
4.88 this is
4.88 the sort of root not not the root but
4.88 the the the power of of the gender
4.88 politics in norway lies
4.88 and the result of this was the norwegian
4.88 gender equality law
4.88 which already in paragraph one
4.88 you know the sort of basic paragraphs
4.88 already claims you know
4.88 it&;s it&;s supposed to be a gender
4.88 equality law but it says the law aims
4.88 especially to improve not own prayer but
4.88 improve
4.88 the situation for women
4.88 men is not mentioned
4.88 it doesn&;t say for how long they&;re
4.88 gonna
4.88 uh
4.88 keep on improving the situation for for
4.88 women to what situation
4.88 there will be when you can stop uh
4.88 prioritizing women it just says it&;s
4.88 gonna improve the situation or
4.88 for women endlessly or
4.88 time timelessly
4.88 and and there is no situation who can be
4.88 able to to stop this
4.88 special treatment apparently we&;ll see
4.88 one of the results of this is of course
4.88 that
4.88 in the universities as husband said
4.88 there is a massive majority of women
4.88 there&;s a gap pair of 50 000 students
4.88 between the male students and female
4.88 students and
4.88 at this graph
4.88 from 2019 it looks like they&;re growing
4.88 they&;re not growing fast or widening but
4.88 it&;s it is warning
4.88 um
4.88 so you can see what
4.88 does it grow all over the place or is it
4.88 some studies which the men still are in
4.88 majority well certainly not in this
4.88 on
4.88 nurse studies
4.88 or
4.88 prep school
4.88 teachers or veterans veterinaries
4.88 or teachers or psychologists or doctors
4.88 or
4.88 law law people
4.88 only in civil engineering and other tech
4.88 high-tech
4.88 studies is it a male majority
4.88 so you would think that
4.88 in order to improve the amount of men in
4.88 these
4.88 hugely female dominated studies
4.88 they will probably have some subsidies
4.88 or some incentives for men to enter
4.88 and and
4.88 and get
4.88 qualified to study on these points
4.88 let&;s have a look
4.88 yes there are incentives
4.88 for women
4.88 to go into engineering
4.88 110
4.88 different engineering and technical and
4.88 data
4.88 programs
4.88 women get
4.88 favored with
4.88 what you call gender points to enter
4.88 there are only five or ten here for men
4.88 and
4.88 and where do they go um some of them go
4.88 to veterinary studies
4.88 because they need men
4.88 for healing cows
4.88 dogs
4.88 cats you know
4.88 but do they want do they
4.88 give priority to men
4.88 to be teachers
4.88 or in the kindergarteners or doctors or
4.88 psychologists
4.88 no well actually they do very few
4.88 they&;re among the the ten here but as
4.88 you saw in the last one
4.88 most of the studies
4.88 were actually female dominated
4.88 so all the you know 110
4.88 uh the the women get a massive support
4.88 to enter here and to outnumber or at
4.88 least get gender balance or the
4.88 engineering there&;s hardly any on the
4.88 rest of them
4.88 if you can see there is also some means
4.88 of recruiting
4.88 people or students to to enter their
4.88 studies and that is not in by giving in
4.88 the venues or necessarily
4.88 mainly points but it&;s by arranging
4.88 technical uh
4.88 weekends for the way for the girls to
4.88 enter engineering and it&;s all the sort
4.88 of events
4.88 uh and there are 50 for women and and
4.88 five for men so again this massive
4.88 female
4.88 priority
4.88 in the end there is also as hans ponder
4.88 said for the university&;s
4.88 priority
4.88 incentives for
4.88 women&;s careers in academia
4.88 and and
4.88 even though there are female majority in
4.88 in the universities
4.88 there is still only
4.88 incentives to enhance the careers of
4.88 women and none for men
4.88 so you would think that the gender
4.88 ombudsman
4.88 generally equality ombudsman for no way
4.88 would say
4.88 this is wrong we have to do something
4.88 about it
4.88 she hasn&;t said anything
4.88 she is well she just resigned actually
4.88 just as well
4.88 another point is that as as was said
4.88 here that in denmark there was a very
4.88 strong focus on domestic violence
4.88 and here are the norwegian
4.88 the norwegian
4.88 statistics
4.88 well 15 years ago
4.88 it was a big problem
4.88 both
4.88 actually there were more female
4.88 women going violent
4.88 on the children or in the family
4.88 than men
4.88 but only on the on the ugly violence men
4.88 were still
4.88 on top
4.88 this has changed you know the violence
4.88 has gone down on lesser violence mild
4.88 violence and it&;s closing in between
4.88 these it&;s still women more me women
4.88 than men who are
4.88 flogging the children mildly but you can
4.88 see here on the
4.88 on the
4.88 ugly violence
4.88 women are coming up to the levels of men
4.88 so that&;s instead of men going down
4.88 women are coming up getting more violent
4.88 on the children this is quite
4.88 interesting yeah
4.88 one small thing about them
4.88 is one specific thing they are having
4.88 into the issue or the investigation
4.88 is that they doesn&;t
4.88 separate
4.88 biology grandfather and
4.88 non-biological parents
4.88 and their parents yeah
4.88 you all know it&;s a lot more
4.88 the difference will be
4.88 magnificent
4.88 that&;s true yeah that&;s true
4.88 five minutes
4.88 yeah
4.88 if you go on to say so how okay so men
4.88 earn more than women you know
4.88 they they say that men in norway earn
4.88 more than say 20
4.88 25 more than women
4.88 uh either you know
4.88 in the job they got or on average or
4.88 whatever but if you look behind why do
4.88 men earn more than women one of the
4.88 reasons is here women work five hours
4.88 less per week in a way this is the
4.88 average uh working time for men and
4.88 women and men are before
4.88 above and men are and women are under
4.88 and the the most interesting thing is
4.88 that um when it comes to uh
4.88 when it comes to
4.88 to to working times
4.88 it&;s women
4.88 work even less when they&;re finished
4.88 with you children at home if you see the
4.88 age here 40 55 you know the children are
4.88 out of the uh out of the home but they
4.88 they still men
4.88 work as as hard as before or before they
4.88 fall but the women start falling you
4.88 know so they don&;t they work despite the
4.88 fact that they don&;t have children back
4.88 home so that&;s no excuse
4.88 and here you can see uh the part-time
4.88 there there are more men working
4.88 full-time there are more women working
4.88 part-time uh there&;s actually a bit more
4.88 men
4.88 who are uh are without a job
4.88 but one of the interesting things is
4.88 here
4.88 is that
4.88 there are far more women who receive
4.88 money for
4.88 disabling or or
4.88 their own welfare than men
4.88 and this shows up in the next
4.88 graph which is what how do
4.88 women and men contribute to society or
4.88 to the welfare state and you can see
4.88 here that
4.88 the positive
4.88 contribution from women equals you know
4.88 11 million per person and for men the
4.88 double 21
4.88 the women get
4.88 27 million back from society or from the
4.88 welfare state the men quite a lot but
4.88 less
4.88 but when you put the two together you
4.88 find out that women
4.88 receive five times as much or or
4.88 you can see that
4.88 men&;s contribution uh when you put it
4.88 together is five
4.88 uh they receive five times less than
4.88 women
4.88 from the welfare state
4.88 yeah
4.88 you&;ll find it in
4.88 in the in the
4.88 barometer which is on our homepage
4.88 but this is actually the perspective um
4.88 the government&;s the financial
4.88 department&;s uh perspective
4.88 for the next period you know long time
4.88 period and it was just placed up last
4.88 year
4.88 was it this year
4.88 well i can go fast through these
4.88 who are the victims and i think we can
4.88 talk about there is an empty gap in the
4.88 society and the victims are the boys and
4.88 they they start with a handicap already
4.88 from birth with being the wrong sex or
4.88 gender
4.88 yeah
4.88 well i&;m just saying one of the reasons
4.88 why this can go on is that the press is
4.88 dominated by women
4.88 not so much because on the chief
4.88 editors there is a majority but it&;s
4.88 increasing and the staff is an
4.88 increasing
4.88 higher majority of women
4.88 and the results of all this is also and
4.88 this is a worry for our society that
4.88 girls outperform boys in school
4.88 education and this will have long-term
4.88 effect on society the only two figures
4.88 where the boys are having higher figures
4.88 than women than the girls is
4.88 on those who need special education
4.88 or strengthened education
4.88 and those who are who don&;t complete
4.88 schooling
4.88 or education in in normal school
4.88 all other figures the girls are doing
4.88 better marks in math
4.88 math english norwegian math english
4.88 knowledge actually here it&;s it&;s equal
4.88 so men aren&;t oh the boys aren&;t better
4.88 than girls in any of these
4.88 so i&;ll run out there and say
4.88 the aim of months for him is of course
4.88 not conflict
4.88 but it&;s a new
4.88 we we don&;t want we want a new
4.88 gender equality
4.88 culture we don&;t discuss
4.88 as bundesan 50 50 on the top bracket of
4.88 society a gender equality but we want
4.88 harmony
4.88 and trust
4.88 and
4.88 respect for both
4.88 genders by both genders
4.88 thank you roger
4.88 [Applause]
